Our mask requirements have been lifted for both employees and customers. Our East Bernstadt and South London branches remain drive-thru only.

All branches, with the exception of East Bernstadt and South London, have opened their lobbies. We have removed the mask requirement per state and CDC guidelines.

Our London Wal-Mart Super Center Branch has been re-opened. Current hours are Mon-Sat 10am - 6pm and Sunday 1pm - 5pm.

Most of our lobbies are now open to customers! With the exception of East Bernstadt and South London branches, which are limited to drive-thru only.

The health and well-being of our customers and employees remains our top priority and we will continue to assess the situation and reopen our other lobbies when we feel it is safe to do so.

  • We ask that you practice social distancing and we encourage everyone entering to wear a mask (we have masks available at the entrance).
  • We will be limiting our lobby to 3 customers in the branch at one time
  • For your protection, our employees will be wearing face-masks.
We encourage customers to utilize technology to conduct their banking during the COVID-19 outbreak. Our ATMs are available 24/7, as well as Online Banking, Telephone Banking and Mobile Banking. These tools can help you check balances, make payments and deposits, and more. If you need assistance signing up for online, telephone or mobile banking, please call 1-800-999-3126, or any of our local branches, and our staff will assist you.

All other branches remain drive-thru only at this time. Our Branch inside the London Wal-Mart continues to remain closed.

Our Main Office in London has reopened to customers. All other branches remain drive-thru only at this time. Dear Valued Customers,
As coronavirus continues to impact our communities, Cumberland Valley National Bank is taking the COVID-19 outbreak very seriously. Our management team has implemented our Pandemic Response Plan to ensure the safety of both our customers and our employees.

At this time, we feel it is necessary to limit service to our drive thru windows to ensure the health and safety of our customers and employees. Our drive-thru windows will remain open and operating normally. We have one branch located inside the Wal-Mart Super Center in London and we are asking those customers to utilize our West London Branch drive thru window at this time. Supporting the social distancing measures being undertaken all across our country and world is an important step and we do not take our responsibility lightly. We will continue to evaluate the situation as it unfolds.

If you need to access your lockbox, or open an account, please contact your local branch and schedule an appointment to do so.

  • As of Thursday, March 19th, 2020, all drive-thru locations are open.
  • Wal-Mart Super Center London Branch will be serviced by our West London office drive thru, located at 300 London Shopping Center, London, KY.
  • We are disinfecting our ATMs, drive thru, and other high-touch surfaces several times a day.
  • We will re-open our lobbies and Wal-Mart branch as soon as it is deemed safe to do so. We will re-evaluate this decision daily.
  • Our Pandemic Response Plan ensures that critical functions continue in the event of any disruption, with people and processes in place to provide continuous service to our customers.
  • We are well-prepared and are continuing to monitor the situation and evaluate the need for additional measures to support our customers, communities, and employees.
