CUMBERLAND VALLEY NATIONAL BANK COVID-19 UPDATE - Updated 3/18/20 @ 1:30pm EDT

Dear Valued Customers,

As coronavirus continues to impact our communities, Cumberland Valley National Bank is taking the COVID-19 outbreak very seriously. Our management team has implemented our Pandemic Response Plan to ensure the safety of both our customers and our employees.

At this time, we feel it is necessary to limit service to our drive thru windows to ensure the health and safety of our customers and employees. Our drive-thru windows will remain open and operating normally. We have one branch located inside the Wal-Mart Super Center in London and we are asking those customers to utilize our West London Branch drive thru window at this time. Supporting the social distancing measures being undertaken all across our country and world is an important step and we do not take our responsibility lightly. We will continue to evaluate the situation as it unfolds. 

If you need to access your lockbox, or open an account, please contact your local branch and schedule an appointment to do so. 

  • As of Thursday, March 19th, 2020, all drive-thru locations are open. 
  • Wal-Mart Super Center London Branch will be serviced by our West London office drive thru, located at 300 London Shopping Center, London, KY. 
  • We are disinfecting our ATMs, drive thru, and other high-touch surfaces several times a day. 
  • We will re-open our lobbies and Wal-Mart branch as soon as it is deemed safe to do so. We will re-evaluate this decision daily.
  • Our Pandemic Response Plan ensures that critical functions continue in the event of any disruption, with people and processes in place to provide continuous service to our customers. 
  • We are well-prepared and are continuing to monitor the situation and evaluate the need for additional measures to support our customers, communities, and employees.

We encourage customers to utilize technology to conduct their banking during the COVID-19 outbreak.  Our ATMs are available 24/7, as well as Online Banking, Telephone Banking and Mobile Banking. These tools can help you check balances, make payments and deposits, and more. If you need assistance signing up for online, telephone or mobile banking, please call 1-800-999-3126, or any of our local branches, and our staff will assist you.
