If you have a CVNB Gift Card, please redeem any remaining funds by September 6, 2025.
Our existing Gift Card program is ending, and a new program will be introduced soon. We encourage you to redeem your balance by this date so we can close out as many cards as possible before the change.
This applies to all CVNB Gift Cards, including those purchased in bulk or received as gifts at events. To redeem, bring your CVNB Gift Card and a valid ID or Driver’s License to any CVNB location. Redemption is processed immediately, and you will receive your remaining balance in cash.
If you miss the September 6 deadline, you can still visit any CVNB location to redeem your funds. We will manually issue the amount owed to you from our holding account.
Balances can be checked online or by phone before visiting a branch. If your card is lost or stolen, please call 800.999.3126 for assistance.
How to Redeem
- Bring the CVNB Gift Card to any CVNB location
- Present a valid ID or Driver’s License
- Receive the remaining balance in cash
No appointment needed. Standard identification is required at redemption.

- Visit the online balance check portal and log in with your gift card number and security code
If you have already redeemed your balance, no action is needed.
