If you have a CVNB Gift Card, please redeem any remaining funds by November 30, 2025.
Our existing Gift Card program is ending, and we are launching a new program. We encourage you to redeem your balance by this date. This applies to all CVNB Gift Cards, including those purchased in bulk or received as gifts at events.
Now through November 30, you can use your card to make purchases at any merchant that accepts Mastercard®. After November 30, bring your gift card and a valid ID to any CVNB branch to obtain the remaining balance for cash or a new Gift Card.
If you miss the November 30 deadline, you can still visit any CVNB location to redeem your card.
Balances can be checked online or by phone before visiting a branch. If your card is lost or stolen, please call 800.999.3126 for assistance.
How to Redeem
- Now through November 30: Use your CVNB Gift Card to make purchases anywhere Mastercard® is accepted.
- After September 30: Bring your gift card and a valid ID to any CVNB branch to obtain the remaining balance for cash or a new Gift Card.
No appointment needed. Standard identification is required at redemption.

- Visit the online tool to check the balance and enter your gift card number and security code
If you have already redeemed your balance, no action is needed.
