If you have a CVNB Gift Card, please redeem any remaining funds by September 30, 2025.
Our existing Gift Card program is ending, and a new program will be introduced soon. We encourage you to redeem your balance by this date. This applies to all CVNB Gift Cards, including those purchased in bulk or received as gifts at events.
Now through September 30, you can use your card to make purchases at any merchant that accepts Mastercard®. After September 30, bring your gift card and a valid ID to any CVNB branch to obtain cash for the balance.
If you miss the September 30 deadline, you can still visit any CVNB location to redeem your card.
Balances can be checked online or by phone before visiting a branch. If your card is lost or stolen, please call 800.999.3126 for assistance.
How to Redeem
- Now through September 30: Use your CVNB Gift Card to make purchases anywhere Mastercard® is accepted.
- After September 30: Bring your gift card and a valid ID to any CVNB branch to redeem the remaining balance for cash.
No appointment needed. Standard identification is required at redemption.

- Visit the online balance check portal and log in with your gift card number and security code
If you have already redeemed your balance, no action is needed.
